The Owners of the Flinders Hotel have applied to the MPS for planning permission to allow for the construction of four ‘pavillions’ beside the former Cove Motel restaurant.

The aplication is aimed at allowing families to be seved from the re-organised restaurant directly to two roofed trellis areas and two open ones.

There will be landscaping, some removal of shrubs and the “besser brick’ look of the former restaurant will be altered by bagging the brickwork.

Anyone can check onto the MPS web site under Advertised Planning Applications foe Flinders to view the architect’s plans and can make a submission to the Council planners during December.
