FLINDERS ARTS GROUP of Flinders was incorporated in 2013 to provide an opportunity for the residents of Flinders and the surrounding areas to initiate and participate in, Arts related activities. Not only are Flinders residents interested in attending art, music, film and theatre and literary events we also have artisans, actors,  writers and musicians in our midst. We would like to bring them all together.  The Arts Group is a member of Regional Arts Victoria and commonly referred to as FLAG or the Flinders Arts Group with a blue flag .

Ongoing events are:

The Film group which meets monthly and shows and discusses films of critical merit. The Play reading group meets bi monthly for reading and understanding  and sometimes performing plays. The Discussion group meets bi monthly. This is not a debating group but a group devoted to understanding current affairs and writings of a social, philosophical and psychological nature.
