Car enthusiast and long time member of the Flinders Community. John died on June 19th just before Andrew, his son, finished and won the Peking to Paris car race. He loved Flinders and had a lifetime connection to the Mornington Peninsula and enjoyed his time living through covid down at Little Twicket. He was involved in the 70’s in the Westernport Planning Authority and spent many years pushing and achieving the Nepean National Park – connecting Point Nepean with Flinders. He born in Macedon on 6/9/39 and his funeral was up there. He lived with great passion and enjoyed life.
