The Flinders Community Association is appalled at the lack of respect shown to the Flinders community. It is extraordinary that Parks Victoria stop work on the reparation of the Finders Pier without any consultation or notification.

The FCA will be calling for an urgent in-person meeting with Minister Melissa Horne to explain the reasons for this appalling decision and to outline what plans the Government how they remediate the ugly outcome resulting to this Heritage listed public asset.
