Special awards for 2 special people
We belatedly acknowledge 2 of our special residents who were given awards in the Australia Day Honours in January 2023.
Congratulations Tom Mollenkopf who received the award of Officer in the Order of Australia (AO) in the Australia Day honours. This well-deserved honour recognises Tom’s inspirational leadership and his service to business, particularly his support of community and leaders in water and aquatic environments. With a background in law and governance, Tom has served on numerous Boards including six years as President of Life Saving Victoria.
Tom is shown surrounded by his fellow swimmers at Flinders Beach and looking a little more serious!
