Despite COVID restrictions the FCA Committee has decided to go ahead with our AGM at the Flinders Hall on Sunday 28 February at 11 am.

The guest speaker is Melissa Burrage, MPS Manager Climate Change, Energy and Water. She will speak about Council’s 2019 “Climate Emergency Declaration” and their climate emergency response report, “Ensuring our Future 2020”

The number of people attending is limited to 54 inside the Hall. Our public address system may be used for people wishing to attend outside, weather permitting. Upon arrival at the meeting everyone must check in via a QR code and wear a face mask.

Please fill in a proxy form if you are unable to attend. This is important, to ensure that we have the required attendance of members for an AGM.
