Free Organ recital by Rhys Boak
The Recital Series 2025 will open not in its home base, but at St Mark’s Balnarring where its pipe organ will be celebrating its 50th birthday. Unfortunately Douglas Lawrence, who gave the organ’s opening recital at Whitley College, University of Melbourne, has had to withdraw from this recital but has nominated RHYS BOAK to play. Rhys’ performances are acclaimed locally and internationally. He is currently the organist and manager of music at St. Michael’s Church, Collins Street.
The organ recital is a free event thanks to the generosity of Bendigo Bank.
