During this meditation and sound healing session, Lama Tendar will use Tibetan healing bowls to reduce stress, harmonise imbalances in your body and balance your chakras, promoting health by calming and centring your mind, shifting negative emotions and increasing your vital energy. The most powerful healing comes from loving kindness and compassion because it benefits oneself and all other living beings.
