Why not join our group on Monday afternoons from 2 pm to 4pm at the Meeting Rooms of the Flinders Civic Hall. It’s great fun AND refreshments are provided!
If you are interested in the weekly sessions, please first pay the once only registration fee of $40.00 this contributes to the cost of sets, racks and tables etc. The registration fee can be paid on the Try Bookings link here: https://www.trybooking.com/CTNNU. Once registered you will join our mailing and WhatsApp contact lists.
Once you have registered, we levy a $5.00 game fee to cover hall hire and refreshments and use a weekly TryBookings registration to book in and manage numbers. We have a room limit of 28 people. Walk-ins are not discouraged, however we may be full, so to avoid disappointment we recommend registering with TryBookings by 5pm on the Sunday immediately before the Monday session. Only one session at a time will be available to book on TryBookings. This will be the session for the next week. Hopefully this will minimise any confusion and make bookings more accurate as it is closer to the date. This link will remain the same for each week.
Please arrive by 1.45pm to get a name badge and your table allocation. We can then make the most of the time and start play at 2pm. Play will finish at around 4pm to allow time for packing up and cleaning. A ‘registration’ table’ will be set up inside the first door of the meeting room, separate to the Mahjong tables. This is also a good area to put any jackets etc.
