Friday 14 August at 9.00am, the MPSC is planning to stage an event at the Pier where locals can come and talk to the Mayor, Cr Stephen Batty and also our local councillor David Gill about the restoration of works at the Pier. The MPSC is hoping to make a media event of it and would like to encourage as many people as possible to attend. While we have previously cast doubt on pier events, this one is being organised by the MPSC so it is far more manageable from our perspective. We are hoping we can rely on your support for corralling enough people to join us.
