The MPS Flinders Community Hub and Flinders Park Public Toilet Amenity project teams to invite you to a community and stakeholder engagement drop-in session. The current designs and illustrations will be presented for your viewing and feedback during the drop-in session.
The Mayor, Councillors, Architects and Internal Project Team will be present to answer your questions regarding the designs at the hall on the evening.
In following COVID-19 density restrictions and to ensure everyone will have an opportunity to view the designs and speak with the Project Teams, there will be a 15 minute maximum time per person within the hall to view the designs and ask design specific questions; Shire officers will be stationed outside the hall to answer any other queries you may have also. (please note: you may enter more than once, but you may need to line up again depending on the number of community members who attend)
Flyers containing the designs will be available at the session for you to take home and the presented designs will be available online after the drop-in session for you to have a look at if you are unable to attend.
