Our local swimmers, known as FIbers or Icebergers, are now on YouTube as part of research into health and wellbeing!
You too, can join this crazy but wonderful group who swim each morning at 7.30am and follow up with fun and laughter. They celebrate life, birthdays and a hot shower and keep the area around the winch shed mown and tidy. Chris Jaeger (on our FCA Committee) has helped get the shed and the other shed on the pier renovated and repaired.
